Hey everyone. Looking for a head unit to replace the stock in my 05 F150. I am considering the JVC XG700. I did a search here but couldn't find what I was looking for. Can you plug an external hard drive into the unit via the USB port? All my music is mp3 format and I have 80 albums or so and would like that selection on the road with me. If I decide to line up Sirius can I control that from this unit or do I have to install a Sirius Receiver? Also if you have any pics with the unit installed it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
