Lucky you! I've been in the shop since I started.. we rarely deal with PO'd customers back here, but then again sometimes managers have us do free labor to make a customer somewhat happy

YOU ARE LUCKY!!! I get the worlds biggest ****heads... I had one lady threaten my job because I had to make her buy an extra 40$. To install an Ipod for a panasonic, and the wire harness. Her brother was a District LP. I kicked her out of my bay for cursing and threating my job. DIDNT TAKE HER CAR UNTIL SHE APOLOGIZED. LOVED IT!

Made another guy cry for cursing out one of my guys. That wont happen in my bay. We are one of the best in the area, I dont tolerate it.

I love how a friend's friend can somehow get a bigger discount than people that actually work at CC

You can get a huge discount with a little knowledge of open box... I know the Covington store a guy out there bought a Ipod Touch for 20$

Wow that is ridiculously cheap for dd touchscreen and the functions it carries.

I have an OOOOLDD xo monitor, bought it back in the way back, when incar vid was still new and impressionable. I must say, for being a cheaper monitor i was greatly impressed with the video quality of my unit. Its actually the screen that got recently integrated into my overhead to run off my kenwood DD touchscreeen.

I have noticed some of thier more recent units dont look like they are built so robustly..

just my two cents

True they cannot be purchased in store, but who in their right mind would return something through the mail that they could bring into the store and do it easier?

And yeah, Open box is awesome. My parents grabbed a 47" LCD 1080P TV for $320

Wow didnt know there was a few CC guys on here small world
