06 factory radio

Does anyone know what the max watts is on a 2006 F150 STX single CD/sirus satellite radio.

If you pull the deck it should say on the side. My new deck is on the way and when I pull the stock one, I'll let you know if it's there. I'm sure it's low.

Thanks! I'm not looking for boom boom! I just want to re-place the factory speakers with some that sound better.

Well, I was wrong. Just pulled mine on Friday, and it doesn't list the power rating. If your replacing the factory speakers, you should seriously consider getting a 4 channel amp to power them.

You would want to match the speaker RMS rating with an amp's RMS rating. The closer the better. If matched and setup properly, it will sound a lot better. My new Clarion Max675VDII is rated 19W RMS, 50W peak X 4. That's good/average as far as decks go. I'm still likely going to replace the factory speakers and sub at some point.
