2007 F150 WT removing radio

Anyone have any ideas on how the trim is removed around stock radio? I would like to install single disk cd player and sirius satelite radio. Also anyone know how good the FM transmitters work for the satelite radios?
Any help would be great and pictures would help too. Thanks.

I have a Weather Guard Headache alluminum rack and deep crossover box in the bed, waiting on bedliner to but side boxes on both sides. Uniden CB radio with dual wippers and eventually would like to get sirius satelite radio and a single cd player.

Underneath the trim panel is a change/cig tray. on the sides of that grab the back of the trim panel and pull towards the rear domelight. It may be a bit of pulling but it will budge. Just use your judgement if you yank its not good but dont be shy either.

should I pull from the bottom to the top or from the top down? And I do not have the ash tray in the xl work truck model but there is a type of shelf there at the bottom pretty much right above the 4x4 shifter. Thanks for the help. Also is there any hidden screws anywhere that need removed to take the trim peice off?

No hidden screws. You will see where the bottom of the panel ends. I always go from bottom up. But i have also heard of ppl putting a dime behind the top of the radio trim piece and using it as a pry bar... But the other is a MUCH better way.
