amp and subs WITH stock deck

im wantin to put one or two subs under my rear seats in my truck 07 super cab f150, just wondering how easy it is to wire up an amp to stock deck. Does the stock deck have rca out puts in the back or would you have to have an adapter for the set up. Also what would be the best mono amp and subs to fit under the seats with out hangin out in the floor, and still sound bad ass?? Thanks again any input or oppinions would be nice.

ok i just went through this whole thing. the stock deck SUCKS for giving low signal. there are no RCA inputs on the stock head unit. the only low signal you can tap into is the stock sub, so i ended up having to disconnect the stock amp and keep it in the truck just to use the Line Out Converter on it to get RCA signal. and the signal was still really poor. the rear door speakers are crossed over at about 80Hz so you cant use those to tap into.

i put in a new head unit just this morning and WOOOWWWW my subwoofer sounds incredible now. trust me, invest in a new head unit if you want to upgrade your speakers/subwoofers.

i have a audiobahn alum10n 10" subwoofer and a power acoustik 1200W RMS mono amp. its a cheap setup, not nearly the best but it suites me and plays loud and clear. you can look at my gallery for picture of it. i probably will switch the woofer out for something else when i can though.
