Want an RDS Radio..

I just purchased a 2005 F-150 and as far as I know, there's no special sound system in it and the head unit doesn't support RDS, but I really want it. Is there any place where I can get a factory-looking radio that will support this? I don't want to rip the unit out and put something that looks awkward in there.. something OEM that will fit.

I just ordered a changer magazine for my screw with the factory changer from a place call OEM Autosound, google them and I'm sure they have what you're looking for.
