Installing Headrest Monitors

How do you remove these little buggers:

Lastly, I cut the leather but I may have cut the "X" too large, as there is exposed leather where I cut around the mounted monitor, any solutions to stretching the leather inward to hide the cuts? I tried sewing all the flaps together in the middle, but made it a struggle to set the monitor in it's frame. Be careful, I broke one of my Monitors pushing too hard (screen), I was using windex too.

I used 2 big flat tip screwdrivers. One on each side and pry them up. You might want to use a cloth or rag under the screwdrivers to protect the leather. I have cloth seats.

OR look inside the hole and see where they are clipped to the seat and take a small pick and pull the clip in and slide it out without breaking it.....

I figured it out the other day, I just used a little more force than I thought would be necessary. Thanks a lot guys, I'm going to post pictures as soon as I can of my entire setup with the Z1!
