Steering Wheel Control oem wired remote output.

Has anyone installed an aftermarket unit that has the oem wired remote plug for the steering wheel controls in the back? If so, I'd like to know how well it works. The see that JVC KW-XG700 unit has this plug. I've been looking at the Kenwood DPX502 because I really like all the high and low pass filter options, but it doesn't have the remote plug. Does anyone know of any other Double Din units that have this remote plug and the high and low pass filter options? Thanks.

Most of them do. Eclipse, Kenwood, Alpine, Pioneer, Clarion, Sony, some JVC, etc...

Now just so you know they are all not a direct OEM pin system. You have to buy a PAC- SWIPS or PAC - JACK, PAC - ECL

I only want the unit with the wired plug. Not the ir remote. I emailed Kenwood and they are coming out with the DPX-702 in January. It has everything I'm looking for. I wanted to get the DPX-701, but nobody has it in stock. I guess I will have to wait until January. Thanks
