What could I get for it...
Wanting to sell my stock 03 CD head unit...what should I ask for it on ebay? also what other vehicals will it work in?

Best bet is to watch Craigslist and look for WTB that radio.

Sell it to that guy, he'll pay. It ain't worth much until someone needs it.

I keep my stock HU b.c I trade trucks like the wind blows...never know.
