I just bought a used 2001 Ford XLT and it had the radio with casette and cd changer is located in the console, it did not have the magazine or cartridge with it when i bought it and I was wondering if anyone knows which one I need and best place to find one, Thanks in advance
The easiest (not cheapest) is your Ford Dealer.
That changer was made by Clarion. It is not a standard Clarion however as it is programmed to speak "Visteon" to the HU. This did not affect the magazine however and you may have luck on Ebay with either the Ford one or a Clarion from that era.

dont have a f150, but i do have an expedition, well ive had 2. first one i brought didnt have the magazine. anyway long story short in 2003 a magazine costed 80 dollars from ford.
they cost 20 from ebay, on the basis you get the right one.
The dealer says I need part F8VZ18C833AA but part is over 150 at dealer so it would be cheaper to buy another unit unless I can find one at a better price
