Alpine W200 in a F-250

I've seen a post on it before (on here I think, can't find it), so how is it done? I'm buying a W200 off of a friend and it will be coming this week, and I want my POS factory headunit out asap.

It can be done. Travis from www.kcautosound.com did one in a guys 03 F350. Same dash as yours.
