2001 f150 stock 6 disc w/ aftermarket headunit
Can I use An aftermarket headunit with out sacrifices the stock six disc changer? To save some money.

The short answer......... no.

You will lose the factory 6 disc changer with an aftermarket HU, I looked into this when replacing my HU.
