I would absolutely go with the Pioneer 4900ib as mentioned above. I bought it when it first came out in January. I love it! Here is the review I wrote on it for Crutchfield.com. I know you said you want it now... I'm the same way... but order from Crutchfield, they rock! Plus, they will include the wiring harness, dash mounting kit and instructions to take apart the dash and install it. free shipping too. The iPod cable is worth the $30! There is also a 3.5mm input on the back of the deck as well. Here is my review,

Great deck with awesome features

I purchased the Pioneer DEH-4900iB on a Wednesday and had it at my door on that Friday. All installation gear was included and the install was simple, only tough part was finding a place for all the wires behind the dash (iPod cable, aux input cable, ect.)
The initial setup was easy and after glancing at the owners manual, navigating through the menus and around the deck is very simple. There are just enough buttons on the faceplate to navigate easily, but not too many to be confusing. The only button that the faceplate is lacking is an ATTN button, but there is one on the included remote. I utilized the 3.5mm aux input to connect my Sirius Sportster4 radio. Now that it is hard wired the hiss and static of the awful FM modulator is lone gone. The aux input can be named, so when I select aux as the source it displays "Sirius Sat".
The iPod control a major selling point on the deck. iPod navigation is very simple. It can search between artist, playlist, genre, album, or just songs and the whole iPod can be run through the remote control. The other thing that I contribute to the ease of using the iPod, and the final selling point is the two line display. The display is a clear and easy to read and features a blue text display. It is bright enough to read, but not too bright to be distracting, even at night.
The sound quality out of this receiver is amazing. I was ready to replace the speakers in my 1998 F-150, but with this deck I'm not going to have to (right away, anyway). It actually makes the stock 5x7s shake the rear view mirror! It makes stock speakers bearable for the time being (although they will be replaced in the near future).

As for speakers I recommend Infinity. I went with the Infinity 6812cf, 6810cs (components for front and 2ways in the back). I think Infinity has since come out with new models. As the reviews on here state, they aren't loaded with bass, but thats what subs are made for. The do deliver crystal clear and crisp highs though. I'm very pleased with them.
I'm into my system for about $400 now, but I'm very pleased with it and feel it is worth every penny. Hope this helps!
