Help me find a new H/U...

I'm looking for a new headunit, and thought I'd get some opinions, etc here...

I haven't bought anything but kenwood (I think all have been MASK models too) in about 10 years, and thought I'd give other brands a shot this time... My previous Kenwood and Sirius receiver are still both doing good, just looking for something for the truck.

I would probably choose, Kenwood, Alpine, Eclipse, Pioneer, Sony and maybe Clarion or Panasonic, and probably in that order, but I'm open to suggestions.

These are priorities:
Less than $300
MP3
Sirius capable
USB input
No, inputs on the face
at least one set of preamps, seperate sub preamps would be nice
Detachable face

These would be nice:
Green buttons
dimmer option (the less light at night the better!!!)
able to control a USB thumb drive. I don't care about iPod controls.
Bluetooth available (built-in or add-on)
wired remote available (would allow me to keep steering wheel controls)
all black face (no silver,etc)
