Keeping stock HU and adding line out converter question

Hello,

I would like to keep the head unit in my 05 F150 XLT (stock 6 disc mp3 changer) and add a couple of amps, one for the 4 speakers and another for a sub i'm building.

Does anyone know if the PAC OEM 2 line out converter will work on this head unit? I'd like to have the RCA outputs, remote turn on and the ability to adjust each line signal and this unit looks like it has all the features I want.

Are these trucks built with common ground or does each speaker have a ground? Does anyone have a wire color chart for the speakers?

Thanks for the help!!!

I can't help you with a wire chart but, that PAC looks like it will work for what you need. I have a PAC that I used from time to time in my truck. Works great. Never had any problems or any noise issues at all.
