Stock HU, after-market speakers

How much better will it sound if I just replace the four speakers with Pio's? I will get a new HU eventually, but has anybody done this first? Will it be a decent improvement in sound?

I've never heard of that brand of speaker before, but the sound quality should be alot better than stock. A new HU will make them sound even better.

The best advice I can give is make sure whatever speakers you are getting have a low RMS wattage. There's always a big argument over whether to overpower or underpower speakers. Personally I dont like overpowering because you lose speaker life over time. But my point is get a speaker that will operate well at low power levels, around 20-40w RMS and the quality with the stock head unit will be good. And then adding a new HU would make it even better. Hope that helps.
