05' CD6/MP3 in 04' F150

I had the dealership install the CD6/MP3 player in my 04' Screw and I lost all the low end that I had with the original dual media HU( very little bass, none from front speakers, even with bass turned all the way up) . I was wondering if this is the audiophile HU, is there an easy way to tell? With the audiophile HU do you have to have the factory sub for low end?

to what i have read on here and ebay, the audiophile will have 3 plugs in the back, one for power and speakers, one for aux, and one for the sub....but i am not 100% positive............i just bought one that was a takeout of an 07 for only $127.50......it is not the audiophile but i dont want the sub anyway........hope this helps.......

That's why I replaced my factory mp3/6cd player with a Pioneer 7700. It had absolutely no bass.
