Headlights blinding

Need some advice, I leveled out my truck 2.5 and I need to lower my lights dose someone have some tips on doing that?

Yeah, I agree. This is the head UNITS forum, not the head LIGHTS forum...

Anyway, check your owner's manual. I know mine has instructions for adjusting them.
