heeeeeeeeeeeelllllp!

I guess I might be the only dumbass who can't figure out how to hook up PAC TR-7 and make it work.. I followed instructions on the paper, now what?? I just installed my IVA-W200 and still can't get the video to play after hooking up the PAC thing. Here's what I did (radio off, key in turned to acc. on):

1. Spliced red wire with accessory
2. spliced black with ground
3. turned on the PAC thing
4. touched the brown wire twice and held on ground, let the LED blink two times then three more seconds
5. turned the swtich off while still holding brown wire to ground
6. removed brown wire from ground
7. spliced alpine's remote wire with the pac's green wire, alpine's footbrake wire to tpac's blue wire, and alpine's emerg. brake wire to pac's white wire.
8. turned on radio and no video......

what am i doing wrong?
