Stereo Won't work

Okay i think i need a little help.

-Panasonic CQ-C8300U
-Rockford Fosgate 301M
-2 alpine type E 10"

The system was working, but everytime i turned the volume down or changed track i got a Thumping noise from my subs, and i just came to the conclusion that i did a crappy wire job.

So i decided to take it all out, and rewire it. Now my problem is The stereo Won't work.

-Tried plugging in the factory Deck and that will not turn on either
- I also Checked all my fuses and they are all still in running order.

Any suggestions on what i need to do

First place to start is to see if you have power at your power wire connection for the stereo. I would use a test light or better yet a multi meter.

I'd agree it's time to check the voltages with a multimeter. Also check the grounds and ohm out the fuses (sometimes they gook good but are actually open).
