Adding a mp3 to 6disc"Help"

Ok I have a 04 F150 FX4.It has the 6 disc dash unit.Is there a way that I can install a mp3 connection,or is there an existing connection on the back that I can hook into.Also if there is one on the back how do I get the unit out.Thanks.
