In-dash 6-CD wont eject CD

My mom accidentally loaded a CD/DVD (its a dvd on one side, CD on the other) and apparently it got the DVD side loaded. In any case, the CD wont eject. You cant change CDs, but you can switch the radio. We tried ejecting the CD while the radio was on, as well as changing CDs while the radio was on. None have seemed to work.

Is there anything else we can try short of taking it to the dealership? We have the DIN tools, so if theres a way to manually eject CDs I think I can tell them how to remove the radio and manually eject them.

If you still have the owners mannual take a read.
On my CD \ Radio , you can hold down the cd button & eject button & cd lock will come on the display.
It locks the cd in until you need to eject it ,by doing the same thing with both buttons.
Ithink it is like a child proof thing, so that a small child cannot tinker with the cd while it is playing.
