Problem with Radio Keys

I have a 2000 F150 and I resently installed an FM Modulator for my MP3 player. However, something has gone wrong with the wireing so I need to fix that. My problem is that I can not get the radio out for the life of me. I have the "keys" and I cannot get the thing out. When my friend and I installed it we had a tough time but we got it out. Now however It will not budge. Is there a special trick or anything that I need to do to get the keys to catch? Or is there another way for me to get the radio out?

Tommy

1st of all, make sure you have them in all the way, 2nd, when you have them in, pull to the sides when you pull out, if that doesn't work, take off the trim piece that goes around the radio and A/C controls off and try to get it out that way.
