Help with Installation

Well I got the bezzel removed. I got the factory radio out. How do I mount the cage that the radio slides into in the dashboard?

I have a 2005 F150 and the radio is a Kenwood DPX 701.

For the record I've never installed a radio in a car.

do you have an install kit? if not, you need to get one. Then the cage will mount to that and the install kit will bolt in just like the stock radio. Heres the one from Crutchfield, but you can get it from Bestbuy or Circuit City or any local car audio shop.

That really sucks man. I would just run out to the store tomorrow and pick one up so you can get the new head unit installed. Then just call the place you ordered it from and tell them to keep it and refund you the money.

Good Luck!!!
