Question Need help with adding a 6CD changer... PLEASE!!!

I have an early-build (8/97) 98 F150 XLT. When I got it, it had a basic Ford AM/FM cassette radio in it. I changed that out for a Ford AM/FM CD player (# F87F-18C815-BB). The original had just the regular socket on the backside that took two long rectangular plugs. I bought two adapters that combined the two into one square plug. Now I want to add a 6 CD changer. The # F87F-18C815-BB also has a square socket that is...I assume... used to operate a CD changer. The radio buttons have [1] <<CD , {2}CD>> and [6] SHUFFLE... That's why I ass/u/me that it is supposed to control a CD changer. The extra socket on the radio has 20 pins in 3 rows..7, 6, 7. EVERY stock Ford CD changer that I have seen (or asked about if there was no picture) on eBay has a square socket with 12 pins. Am I going to be able to do this? I can't find any unused wiring in the truck that looks like it works with this combination. Some say in the RH kick panel... some say there is a pocket under the back LH window, so wiring might be there, but I have no "pocket", just a 3-inch indentation there. Can anyone help with this? I really hope so.... I want a changer!!!

Thanks!!!

there may be a difference in the cd changers to the newer line of ford radios.
I know my newer radio doesnt even have a changer plug.

I would suggest getting an adaptor, http://www.logjamelectronics.com/piefrdnpcknnsr.html with this you can run an aftermarket kenwood changer with your current ford radio. it also gives you the option fo the changer or sirius... most of these changers can be had pretty cheaply on ebay. If your a big music buff, i would suggest tracking down a kenwood keg. it can hold 10-20gb of music. i have one and its amazing.
