Cd 6/ Mp3

I have an 06 XLT and the stock cd player says CD 6 then below it says MP3, does this mean it can play MP3 CDs? If so, how do you make MP3 CDs. I remember a friend of mine had a MP3 cd player and it held like 150 song on one cd.Any help appreciated

...and then if your computer runs windows you'll have windows media player which can burn MP3 playlists. There's different ways to burn the cd though... But you have to get the MP3's first... and your not gonna be able to buy mp3's in the store. You probably need to ask your friend to show you how to do everything. Or just ask any teenage kid to show you

LOL! Glad you got it figured out. The one thing to be aware of though is if you get anything like Napster or Itunes and purchase songs online they'll have licenses that won't let you play them on a burned CD. There's software out there that will take the copy protection out (just for the record, it's supposedly illegal) and play/burn them onto a CD. Usually you have to record through your audio card but the quality is not diminished. As you've probably seen already if you google it there'll be lots of info.
