Just installed my new hu. Picture is awesome makes a clean install along with the 2 8" tvs in my headrest. Does anyone else have one? Can you tell me how to get my sub to work? I have it hooked up to sub input.

Hit "menu", press "Audio", go to I think it's called "SP SETUP", touch the sub (the round one on the bottom of the pic), there's a menu on the right that says "YES NO" or "ON OFF" (I can't remember which), turn it on. Then go to the "SP LEVEL" and press the subwoofer again, now you can adjust the subwoofer level.

Hope this helps.

PS, my 6503 is on order, but I've been playing with the one we have on display!

host pictures online somewhere, such as photobucket.com *free account) and then it gives you an URL for each pictures you up loaded, looks like *[IMG]htttp://www.photobucket.com/mytruck/HU/......[lMG]

then copy the img URL into your text on a post and voalia, you can put up pics

on photobucket, there are three url adresses under each picture, if you take the third one, which is a [IMG] url, then it displays the image in the page such as [IMG]http://www.photobucket.com/dashkit[/lMG]

this page is going to be your new best friend http://www.f150online.com/forums/misc.php?do=bbcode

That tells you how to do anything you want to do with you posts and signature.

I have a question too. Is that a DVD playing in one of your screen shots? If so...that makes sense..otherwise, how are you getting BET dialed into your unit? My tuner picks up a few local channels, but that is it.

I downloaded some videos of www.limewire.com & made a vcd with nero. I guess whoever shared the file on limewire got it from BET channel on tv. Will be installing ipod w/video display in truck Sunday. Will post pics sometime Sunday evening.

Red face

I installed ipod w/ video yesterday. I borrowed the unit from a friend of mine. The Panasonic wouldn't play the videos off the ipod. Only the mp3 files. I forgot to take pics. There is nothing special about the ipod setup. You can either select by song, artist, album or genre. Pretty simple. I guess I will just buy a ipod nano or 4th gen ipod w/o video.
