Thinking of swapping single disc in '06 to 6 disc/mp3. Will factory dvd & steering wheel controls still work the same? Any issues?

Is the '05 Mustang "Shaker" 6 disc/mp3 compatable? Does it use external amp to get 500w? Don't wanna fry the door speakers.

you can have my 2005 6disk/mp3 audiophile head-unit for a carton of cigerettes ($25) + shipping if you want.

Sold the sub to someone else already. The headunit was used for 4 months. Let me know dude.
