Anyone swapped single for 6CD w/mp3 HU in 05 150???

I know where I can get a 6CD w/mp3 HU to swap out my single CD unit. Just wanting to know how difficult it is to do and if it affects any of the controls on the steering wheel. Also, does the 6CD unit match up with the single as far as sound? Thanks ahead of time for the input.

the Ford 6 CD audiophile and the navigation radion on the F150 and Expy are the same and have the same harnesses, when you go down the ladder on the radio department, the plugs are now different, and couldn't even find a diagram that tells me what the plugs are to make a custom one, so it may be tricky. You are usually better off going aftermarket and gettingthe right harness adapter.
