6 disc cd changer question

hey guys, im getting ready to purchase an avic n2 tomorrow, im going to bypass the unit so i can watch movies etc... while driving over 10mph, but my question is, can i install a 6 disc dvd/cd changer in my armrest compartment (05 supercrew F150) and use slot 1 for the navigation disk, slot 2 for a move/ slot 3 for an mp3 disc etc..., i just dont want to be changing out cds all the time if my passenger wants to watch a movie, or i happen to need the nav disc, this way im hoping i can just select disc 1 and the navigation will read the disc and so on... also the disk will never get scratched. can i do this or will it not work with the avic n2, the cd changer im looking at is a dvd, mp3, cd, etc... and has video inputs and outputs as well. so can i have some guidence here
