It's nice to see the tuners paying attention to the HD market... There will soon be 12,500 or so of the 02s on the market out there... I don't know the build numbers for the 02L, but I bet it is 1/3 of that... Between the 02 and 03 charged harley, the tuners have been blessed with a boatload of new customers which means more innovation for everyone.

I bought a bunch of stuff from Paul at Razor's edge and he is all over the HDs also...
So far I have been happy with every tuner I have talked to save one that won't return my calls.
