Since this is the first year of the HD trucks I would keep it stock, no changes, some day this may reward you in the cost department. But if you don't care about that then go hog wild, why make a little change if you are going to change it at all. Go big or go home as they say. Ghost flames would look cool, or ghost hd emblems hidden through out the paint. Make it totally custom. What ever you choose have fun.

 

I have been back and forth on this myself. I have a 2000 as well but I think I finally decided to go back the original color but I'm going to do the Stripe with the Harley Davidson lettering at the top of the bed and below the stripe. I'm going to add just a hint of flake. I hope yours turns out for you......
