installing a billet grill in a 2002 Harley valence

This may seem like a trick question but I ordered a billet grill for the lower valence off ebay and now that I'm looking at it, with no directions, I cant seem to figure out how it goes on exactly. It has 3 mounting points on the bottom side but nothing to mount it too and 2 on the top side that appear to line up with the valence mounting holes to the bumper but are about 1 1/2 away from the actual mounting point.
I'm hoping someone knows what I'm talking about and can help me.
Thanks.

did you order a grill for your truck or for a normal F-150, or a lightning?

the "normal F-150's" have a different valance, that might explain why it's not lining up...

can you post a picture of what you're talking about because you're not understanding my questions and I'm not going to keep trying to pry answers out of you when a couple pictures would probably make me able to explain what you need to do a lot easier

I am understanding your questions just fine, you just dont seem to understand what I'm saying.
I purchased a 2002 Harley valence to put on my truck and then bought the grill that is made to go into the 2002 Harley valence.
I will take some pics and post them, maybe this will clear some things up.

FYI I removed the original HD upper grille and installed a billet one. It fit perfectly. To get one to fit the bottom valence I had to modify another billet one to fit. I was unable to find one that fit as is. It has been awhile but it was not a quick fit... I will be refinishing the bottom valence (damn pot holes ) and I can take some pics of fit and fwd to you...
