Magnaflow Cat Back System #16608 2006 Ford F150 Harley-Davidson

MagnaFlow is pleased to announce cat back system #16608 2006 Ford F150 Harley-Davidson. For specs on the system’s configuration, pipe size, layout and tip configuration, see pictures below:

The new cat back system for this application has been dyno verified to make 10 hp and 10 lbs. ft of torque. It features full mandrel bends (no compression bends, like those done at muffler shops) for maximum flow and a straight through, wide open muffler with NO baffles, NO chambers and NO restrictions. The system installs with simple hand tools and in most cases, can be installed by the average do-it-yourselfer in 30-60 minutes.

Why buy an exhaust that is not stainless. You do that and you will be replacing it. Why not spend the extra money and not have to worry about the exhaust rusting off the truck. We offer a Lifetime Warranty.

Just put it on my '06 Lariat. Looks great! sounds great! I highly recommend it! Easy install too except for the rear most hanger bracket was a little bit difficult to get through to rubber isolator. Other than that, easy as can be.

This kit will work on a EC with a 6.5' Bed and a CC with a 5.5' Bed Only. I hope this helps you out.

The Magnaflow system is backed by a lifetime warranty and from the description of your problem this sounds like it would be covered. Please understand that the warranty process begins with the original retailer where the system was purchased. The shop will contact their supplier for an RMA or Return Merchandise Authorization number which is required for any or all warranty replacements. Magnaflow will not accept warranty items without this number. Please be sure that you have the original proof of purchase as the retailer may ask for it. If you have any additional questions please give us a call.

Right on I'll be speaking to my retailer. I seem to get a rattle at high throttle. Other then that the system is top notch.
