Oil change question on new 07 HD

I have about 1500 miles on my new HD saleen f150 and I changed the oil around 1000 miles to fully syn mobil 1...Recently ive heard rumors about not using syn until about 3000 miles to let the engine break in properly...any comments?

Should I switch out my mobil 1 for some dino oil?

Many a vehicle such as Vettes,Vipers,Benzes,Cadillacs......come with Mobil-1 straight from the factory.....you will be fine, & your engine thanks you!...

Oil in Saleen 07 HD

If you read the Saleen insert it says change the DINO oil at 500 miles and replace with at least syn-blend and change every 3k miles.
