Whats the best drop setup for the new 07 HD saleen

I got a 2" drop shackle for the rear not too long ago thinking it would do the trick but its just not low enough! I saw the DJM 3/5 on your guys HDs and it looks pretty sick...just not sure if I want to drop that much money on a drop kit...what do you guys think would be my best bet?

At the end of the day it all boils down to personal preference. GF, DJM, Belltech are all good systems with quite varied prices. Mine has the DJM drop and it's still high enough not to bottom out or rub.
Does the Saleen HD still have the high stock stance or is it lower?

Measure the distance from the ground to the fender and also see what the top of the wheel to fender distance is, then you will have an idea of how much you can drop it.
The cheapest is not necessarily the best way of doing things, but just check around as prices do vary with location. I'm in Canada so I can't comment on prices where you are.
Take your time before making a decision.
