Has anyone converted a Harley Truck to 4x4?

Just out of curiosity. I don't plan on wheelin but I'd like to be able to tow my boat. Most of the boat ramps around here need 4x4 to get the boats out.

Just get a nice LS system in the 4x2 for dropping a boat or buy the 4x4 and make it a harley with aftermarket accessories. Probably the cheapest way

I as actually just asking on the other forums about the differences between the AWD system in the newer HDs and the normal F150 4x4 system...maybe you would care to comment

What are the benefits/drawbacks to the AWD?

Does it get better or worse fuel ecnomy (in your experience) than driving the normal 4wd truck in 2wd everywhere and only using 4x4 as needed.

Is the AWD less capable in off-road conditions than the 4x4? Is it more "fragile"?
