The average price for a excellent shape and excellent running condition costs about 17,000 - 19,500

If the average prices are correct, then there are a lot '03 Harley's for sale for a lot more than they're worth. I've always wanted an '03 but would only settle for the black and silver model. I search the internet last night and found none in that price range. I'm sure there are some out there. I found several video's with burn-outs. A guy I know here locally has one. He owns a scrap metal business and drives his to work every day. He is constantly having flats. He told me he bought 7 tires last year because of damaged tire as the results of driving around at work.
