2007 harley rev limiter

Hi everyone, im new to this forum. and new to the F-series, so i started out big with a 2007 harley with the saleen blower. The nicest truck i have ever had! any hoot love the truck but i had a problem with my outside air temp gauge so had ford fix it, though i dont think my ford dealership understands it is with a saleen ship through, 1st they put 87 in the tank when i bought it, then they wondered why i changed my oil at 500 to mobil 1 (like saleen wants to uphood the warrenty), then it started running like crap, If i punch my truck (in Drive) it will shift to 2nd scream to 5000 then instead of shifting it hits the rev limiter! this is not cool! could it be that my dumbass dealership reflashed my computer and took out the saleen flash by accident? and does anyone know what these motor rev limiter should be at? my 2006 mustang GT is set for 6500

probably you want it to shft around 5300 1-2 and 5200 2-3 @W.O.T. = Wide Open Throttle

the 5.4 has a longer stroke than the 4.6 hence why the 4.6 revs higher to get the same hp
