Chinese company copies F150

A Chinese company is has now copied the F150. Not the first Chinese company to do this type of thing. Unfortunately, I doubt there is much Ford can do about it.

Another story with pictures.

2.8L 4 cylinder diesel. Interesting. I bet it gets good fuel mileage but no way tow as much as an f150

I see some influences from other truck manufacturers in there as well -- the front end looks like what might happen if a Ford and a Chevy "hooked-up" after a night of drinking, the tailgate screams out "Nissan" in the handle area, and the side profile (especially in the door area) kind of looks like a Dodge to me. Not exactly a "carbon copy" as they claim in the article......

Haha I love it. The Chinese don't know how to create their own stuff, but they are damn good at making cheaper versions of existing designs. The best part is when the lawyers start knocking, they give them the ol "we no understand what you say, goodbye".

Honestly, no idea people drove pick up trucks in China. Not full size at least.

Omg! It looks like a product of inbreeding in the F-150 trim levels.

I love how everyone copies the United States. Anyone remember the Tu-4 from post-WW2?

The Russians duplicated more than just the B29, which the got from a crew that landed in Vladivostok. The also copied the C-47.

I wouldn't call it "copying" when we gave them the license to do it. Back to the subject on China, pretty soon we'll have chinese-made Airbuses or Boeings

The sloped windshield and doors look like a Nissan Titan to me. Same thing with the tailgate
