It occurred to me tonight watching t.v. just how blatant these commericals are about buying Christmas presents etc... Kids aren't stupid, and these commericals almost shout santa is fake. It got me thinking about how I found out Santa Claus wasn't real.

I found out when I was five. I asked my father "how is santa going to get in our house, we don't have a chimmney?" My father replied, "A hole in daddy's wallet." The look on his face was... 'sheot, she figured it out!' Needless to say, my mom was rather pissed.

Who says there is no Santa .......... you must of been naughty! I'm in my 40's and no one has told me that Santa was a fake. Thinking that there is no Santa is a sign of a twisted mind. BAH-HUMBUG. Get some Christmas Spirit. Now that you believe in Santa, I say Merry Christmas.

I miss those days of the excitement

He is real! I saw him on the back of a fire truck last saturday going past our house in the country! He waved at me! He is real, he is real!

Plus watch Miracle on 34th st.....both versions! Then tell me he isn't real!

I think I was around ten when I figured it out and shortly after that I ruined it for my sister as well. My step son was told by a friend Santa was not real last year and you would have thought the world was coming to an end by his reaction.

 

My sister claimed Santa wasnt real one year when we were kids. Christmas morning I had plenty of presents from him and she had nothing. Every year after she believed in Santa.

 

Say it ain't so! I asked Santa for a new GT 500 and if he isn't real then my new ride may not show up! DOH!!!

I think I pretty much knew from the start. I never really had thay ah ha moment. Except I had to convince my mom that one big gift was better than a bunch of little crappy things.

 

I was 8. My family celebrated Christmas a few days early for some reason. When my grandma came over I saw her putting presents under the tree which I later opened. I noticed all of them said they were from Santa. I wasn't really upset because even though Santa wasn't real I still got a sweet snap bracelet and micro machines.
