Ok, so i got back last week from two weeks of work in Japan, now i am being sent to Guam, probably within the next two weeks. I know it's more tropical there, but does anyone have a list of cool stuff to do? I will be staying at one of the many bases, probably the Naval base. Doing energy audits for the US Navy..

In Japan we went to Nagasaki for one day, walked around. Saw cool stuff..

Want to make the most of my time on the island..

 

My girlfriend lived there for about 5-6 yrs, as her Dad was comptroller for the AirForce base at the time. I can ask her, and then shoot you a PM tonight with the info.

 

Kewl beans... we have some guys going over for 4-5 weeks... i'll be fine with two.

 

I was there for a couple weeks. Beaches are nice, good snorkeling. A place called Marianas Trench (sp) I believe, had really good food. I personally spent most of my time at the beach or at a waterpark that one of the motels had.

 

I was there for two weeks. That was plenty of time. The island is not that big. If your into beaches it is the place to go, they have some nice ones.

 

From what i have heard, when the US took acreage to make the bases, they took the best beaches.. score one for us

 

Ok change of plans.. they are sending me to Hawaii instead... going to miss Valentines Day with the fiance'.. not going over well at all...already missed her b-day while in Japan...
