how to record a screen shot video?

how can i record a video of my computer screen like a screen shot but a video?

Use, for example, Screen VidShot (Wind.), Macvide ScreenCap (Mac), any of already named tools. Why don't you simply google it?

i did....couldnt find anything free, then posted, then found a free software and someone else already posted the same thing. if you would read the post above you you would notice i said i had already found that same software by searching....
