Best/Funny way to quit a job?

looking for a fun way to quit my job. they can't get my schedule right, and its affecting my help with the class im struggling in. do not need job, i just have it to get a small paycheck weekly. they also cut my pay check back. say i work 22.75 hours, i was scheduled for 22 but were allowed 5 minutes before and 10 minutes after to clock in/out, i get cut back to 22. this includes opening the store and closing. it takes 15+ minutes to open the store but yet we get paid for 5 of that, same with closing. its not a huge deal, but if the company doesn't care about the employees, which they have clearly said before, i do not see a reason to be respectful to quit. my manager will know whats going down before hand as hes one of my good friends and i figured he should be atleast prepared.

need a fun way to quit the job.

few ideas i had:
1) have district manager play this when he drops off our paychecks. http://www.farbs.org/Message.html

2) singing telegram sent to district office (consists of 2 people) to the district manager singing take this job and shove it.

open to any other suggestions. what ever i do i am hoping to film as well.

Just quit and get on with your life.

Or figure out a way to get them to fit your scheduling needs. I know, all failures of communication are their fault, and they should bend over backwards to your schedule, even though you don't give a damn about the job.

If you do quit, there is no need to humiliate your inferiors, such as the district manager. You may need him to work for you someday, and you'll want him to do a good job when that day comes.

IMO, it's bad karma to embarass your employer while proudly filming yourself. But it sounds like it's going to be hard to stop you.

ETA: Unemployment is the highest it has been since 1983, and the economy is in shambles (and probably still will be when you graduate, if you pass your class). People are really hurting out there, and you want advice on how to quit with flair?

idk I had a landscaping job and the boss was a real and I worked 55 hours a weeks for him without breaks for about two month and our lunch breaks consisted of us stopping at a pizzia place in between jobs and eating our slice before the next lawn we mowed. So in our pay checks we wouldnt deduct a half hour everyday we worked and after about two weeks he just started taking our lunch breaks out of our checks when we didnt even get one so one day when it was 105 degrees and the supervisor wouldnt let us take our shirts off on a landscape construction job so I just dropped dropped my shovel while planting trees told his supervisor to shove it up his a** and walked out and had another job lined up so I worked out for me. But if the boss wasnt such an a**hole I would normally respect my superiors and give my two weeks notice but he had it coming and the whole crew quit. So my advise is if he isnt such a bad guy then have respect for him and give him you two weeks notice so he can find someone else but if he is really screwing you over then just walk out, pick up your pay check and dont look back.

Like others have said, just write a short note stating that you are leaving your job; the less said, the better. Don't do anything that may remotely come back to haunt you down the road. As much as you may want to, do not embarrass anybody.

Ya man i know it seems fun to do, but really?? all you have to do is tell them your done and you want your paycheck. show them how good of an employee they are loosing, instead of pissing them off and acting like a 12 year old... you never know these days what can happen if you piss someone off enough....

it is there fault when when i got hired i let them know my schedule, i have consistently reminded them for 5 months what my schedule needed to be and it still hasn't happened. i got put back as full time for about a month end of august through beginning of october, which is way more than my part time, im there to fill in the 10-15 hours a week left over they have in the schedule, not to be working full time making crap pay to screw up college. when im at work, i work hard, my other manager before i got transferred would not even let me transfer because i was the best worker he had. i do more than im asked while im at work. you can ask any person who works the stores if the company gives a **** about them, and every one will say no. they have straight up told us they do not care about us. they alter our paychecks to save them money. pretty sure that gives me enough reason to be a ****. we got a whole lecture from the jack ass of an owner about stealing from the company, but stealing from us is ok i guess?

he does not do his job, i would never hire him. we still never figured out what he actually does besides bring us supplies when he remember

its a part time job as a vehicle inspector, if some one is desperate for a job, PM me. the company is desperate for people because they dont know how to run a company.
