Rule of thumb here is lawyers take 1/3 + taxes & costs (I work for a lawyer that does a couple PI cases a year). In fact, the majority of stuff I work on there is either real estate or personal injury.

Raptor, seriously, call me and we'll talk.

I had a close call with a skool buss today.

I went to get a cup of joe at a convienence shop, and I got to a stop sign, of course I had the right of way because I was there way before he was. However, I had to cut it sharp because there is a curb and I was crooked. So the idiot in the skool buss decided he would go before me, and nearly miss my truck by 1 inch. I was tempted to open my door, and put my foot out so he'd run over it so I could sue him... but he got me while I was still in a good mood.

No one has any respect.

Hopefully you'll feel better soon and everything works out for you. I'm sure it will

Just curious though, are you and patman having some sort of competition?

Raptor- minor front end damage,

then Patman decides he'd run into the back of an E-150 a few months later.

Raptor- I try to run a few cars off the road but they were too fast.

Patman- backs into a Suburban figuring he would easily take the lead.

Raptor- slam on my brakes in front of a Civic. Not 'nuff damage. Going hunting for larger game tomorrow, maybe a Titan?

Insurance adjuster is coming over tomorrow to take a look at the truck. Also have to give my statement to the ins. company. I get a rental this weekend as soon as I drop off the truck for repairs.

Dude you'll never believe what i did today, i jumped a set of rail road tracks while drifting in reverse. I cleared about 30' of air before Fiddy came back to Earth.
