leasing agent

I may get a job as a leasing agent at my apartment complex this coming year. Does anyone know anybody that has been a leasing agent at a student based living apartment? They give you like $200 off your apartment a month and you get some extra benefits (like not having all the bedrooms filled in your apartment). Im just worried about not liking the aspect. I work for a small town everything store currently.

leasing agent is responsible for keeping all the units full and getting people to renew leases. the property manager is usually the one that deals with all the noise complaints etc..
