thanks!

i will try that, sounds simple enough. i watched those youtube videos a few weeks ago, i was just hoping to hear something a little easier to remember while your out there, and the toes downs, catchers position is something i can remember

we're going again on monday so wish me luck...

oh and for the driver, which will be me sometimes, how fast are you supposed to start? slower and ease on the throttle or faster from the hole?

^^^^^SWEET boat man!! I would love to try to board behind a boat like that. I bet my airtime would double at least with the wake that they can put out. Very nice!!

I love wakeboarding, started out on my dad's 1980 Tahiti day cruiser when I was like ten, on skis. Switched to wakeboarding a number of years ago, but we were always just tying off the transom, so I couldn't get much air time.
I've got some pics from the Delta. Remember, off the transom...

I ran the USC wakeboard club for a while, even threw a few tournaments. We got a Lake Elsinore boat dealer to lend us some boats, here's the line up, we had an X Star, and 2 X2s (I think thats what the blue boat was...)

We had to sell the 1980, and since I graduated a few years ago, I haven't ridden. At risk of sounding like a beggar, if anyone is in So Cal and needs a fifth or fourth, let me know

I ride a '06 CWB Inferno with '08 LF Vantage bindings. Usually ride behind either my friends Natique or my other friends Tige, but sometimes make quick runs behind the jetski.

No pics, but video from the crew:

depends on the weight of the boarder. usually for a normal person its pretty slow and easy. if u see the person sinking or dragging, then throttle more. its all adjustment.

Do you remember the air chair? Use to ride one of those back in my skiing days. Looks like the same idea as sky skiing but you actually sat in a little chair.
