Well its time to break out the grille again! Ive been looking for a new hamburger recipe but havent found anything that i really like. Anybody got a good recipe that want to share?
Well, I'm a simple guy. I mash out patties about 1" thick, salt and pepper, and throw them on the grill. As they come off, I throw a couple of slices of cheese on them and then some jalapenos.

Mix some Montreal seasoning and Worcestershire sauce in to the meat before making your patties. Top with cheddar cheese, crispy bacon and BBQ sauce!
Or if you want a "healthy" burger, use ground turkey with Old Bay seasoning mixed in, then top with red onions and avocado/guacamole, whatever you can get.
If I don't have the Lipton soup mix, I substitute 2 tablespoons of Mrs Dash "Garlic & Herb" seasoning and 2 tablespoons of McCormick's minced onions (Dry)

Mix, and make 3/4" to 1" patties. Cook each side 2 minutes over medium-high heat, rest for 3 minutes. You'll have yourself just about the best medium rare burger you've ever eaten!
To make it even better, if you have access to your own grinder, you can make the ground meat yourself and use whatever you want!
1 lbs Ground beef (whatever mixture you like)
However much of the following you like (I never mesaure just shake until I think its enough)
Garlic Powder, Dried Parsley, Chyenne Pepper (I go a little heavy on this..I like them SPICY), White Pepper & Balckened Seasoning.
Add about a Tbls of Olive Oil (keeps them nice and juicy)
Mix well (if you want you can also mix in whatever cheese you like, of course grate it, I usually will do Sharp Cheeder or Smoker Grier (sp) )
Make patties to your liking and grill. Dont forget the cold beer.
I have a few other ways I like to do burgers but I'm at work and all my recipes are on the home puter.
they are amazing, suggest doing them no more well than medium.

The best Beer Burgers I've ever had. I stay away from ground beef that's too lean, at least 80/20 is what I use. Remember only turn once. I use charcoal and like to close the grill to get the smoke taste on them. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. I usually get 4-5 burgers out of it.
1-1/2 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup beer
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1-1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
mmmm. I might have to cook some burgers tonight! Mine are always a little different I just use what ever I can find...usually oinion, hot sauce, Lea & Perrins, salt & pepper.
It's been awhile since I used the lipton soup stuff.....I forgot it until now.
