I'd just like to offer my thanks for all yer selfless efforts and diligence in making this a better site. And minimizing the stress and nail-biting fer many prospective new owners .

Thanks for your contributions to the site over the years, SetChan. While I wish Ford Customer Service would've contacted me - or IB - about this particular issue rather than intervening on the topic, I understand both sides of the coin. We continue to be a site DEDICATED to the F-Series platform and have helped thousands upon thousands achieve a fix on a problem or have guided them towards the purchase of a F-150 (or other FoMoCo product).
