Smile Wolf's Head Oil 15W-40 is good?
A friend recommended me this oil Wolf's Head Oil 15W-40, will be good to use my 7.3 Power Stroke, 1999? What do you think?

Wow! I haven't heard of Wolf's Head motor oil in decades.

I don't see why not - it's a synthetic blend that meets the required CH-4 specs.
